Inspired by the shifting sands of the desert, the range's subtle layered design features bring a feeling of vast open spaces to the indoors to create a serene flooring scheme that can now be injected with vibrant bursts of colour.
New Colours
The nine new colours include red, orange, blue, green and purple accents as well as a new light neutral, giving architects and designers the tools to play with both texture and colour in commercial settings.
The 50x50cm tiles feature a diffused pattern, which give a marble effect to the floor. The tiles have been created to be installed randomly to maximise the effect of the subtle colour changes within the tone on tone design. The new accents complement the existing nine neutral colour palette to create zoning or statement design features.

Commitment to sustainability
In line with our on-going commitment to sustainability, the Desert collection comes with DESSO ProBase® as standard backing. The backing contains at least 70% positively defined recycled content, in accordance with Cradle to Cradle® principles. The carpet tiles also contain ECONYL® yarn - a 100% regenerated nylon made from recovered waste materials such as fishing nets and yarn waste from our own Refinity® facility, which separates the yarn and other fibres from the backing.
