Bencis Capital Partners, an independent private equity firm based in the Netherlands and Belgium is Desso's majority shareholder. It invests in successful medium sized companies in the Benelux countries which are led by strong and ambitious management teams. The companies it invests in have leading positions in their respective markets and are well positioned for expansion. The current management board holds the remaining shares.
